There are times like today when I am at my laziest and cooking seems a task too much even for me to do. So I decided to make this easy veggie soup with just a few ingredients. Saute :Onions, garlic, pepper flakes, till translucent, then add vegetables and bay leaf with the rest of the condiments bring to a boil for 15 minutes, then a gentle simmer for another 15 minutes and serve with garlic bread or without …your choice. BE THE BALL!!!
