Recently I had a thought that adding a bunch of citrus to plain tap water could somehow balance out my insides function, well so said so done. It is not only good for you, the taste is amazing as well, better even when compared to the brands out there. Do it your self ….that way you know what’s going into it, yes!
Get a glass jug solely for presentations sake and simply because it looks appealing , with plain tap water or better yet boiled water-cooled, add to that
3 lemon slices
2 lime slices
8 Cucumber slices ( skin and seeds )
3 Green apple slices
couple sprigs of mint leaves
Chill for an hour then drink instead of plain water and watch the magic happen.
